My Purpose for Blogging

It’s not Monday, I know…! But I just wanted to check in quickly because a few times now people have spoken to me about the ‘things I might get through my blog’, being sponsored or a brand ambassador, perhaps thinking this might be my main focus. Don’t get me wrong, I would never turn down an opportunity to work with a brand who I truly believe in and be able to work together to do amazing things. But, to me there is far more to me writing this blog than just that.

I have a true, deep, crazy passion for horses and all things equestrian and I enjoy writing (whether I am any good at it, is another thing altogether…!). This blog is my creative space, to talk about all things equestrian with you, because to be honest I think I was boring all of my non-horsey family, friends and work colleagues to tears with my horsey stories and chit chat…

My Main Purpose for writing this blog is to be able to build a happy and friendly community of  people, who can share their advice, stories, ask for help and just generally chat. It’s also such a lovely way for me to document my journey and I really look forward to being able to reminisce in a year or so.

If I could somehow make a living out of this, then of course that would really be a dream come true – I mean, who wouldn’t like to do this for a living!? But if that never happened and I didn’t make a penny, I would still feel rich; rich with amazing memories, new friends and community of happy horsey people.

So, there you have it. That’s my purpose and if things come my way in the future that’ll be pretty amazing but if not, this is still more than enough for me to want to continue my blogging journey.

So that’s all for now, just a quick check in to let you all know that my passion for horses (Hamish really made this passion happen because he is just my best friend!) and YOU, my current & future audience, followers and friends, are my true focus for the blog.

Lots of Love and a big thank you for everyone who takes the time to read my posts, it means the world.
