Confidence is Key.
Stay Confident – you’ve got this. Whenever you’re dealing with horses, learn to put your nerves to one side, take a deep breath, roll your shoulders back, lift your head up and be confident. It’ll make all the difference (trust me, this advice comes from a once nervous person!). And if you can’t be confident, make it easier for yourself, so you can.
You’ve got this. You can do this. You are capable of achieving your goals.
